How you pay for the cheap calls you make
When you use Story Dial Now you only pay for calling one of the Story Telecom access numbers.
For example, when calling India using our service from a BT phone it will only cost you only 9p per minute. You will see the call listed on your next BT bill.
If yours is not a BT landline you will need to check with your service provider (eg Telewest or NTL) what charge they will make for calls to a Story Telecom access number.
Story Dial Now from mobiles - cheap calls
You can use Story Dial Now from a mobile. However be aware that your mobile operator may apply a surcharge. How much you will be charged depends on your provider and which tariff you’re on. Unfortunately we have no influence on what they charge.
On the positive side, some mobile operators allow you to call our access numbers for free with your cross network inclusive minutes.
We’d advise you to get in touch with your service provider to check their rates before you use Story Dial Now from your mobile.
