LATEST UPDATE: Virgin customers cannot use this service. Orange and T-Mobile customers are only allowed 1 top-up per day. PINs will not be sent to T-Mobile customers, who can only use the credit from the mobile the top-up was made from. We will automatically top-up with £5.00 credit if you are a user of the 80876, 84459, 85450 and 80077 codes or with £10.00 credit if you are a user of the 67400 code, before your calling credit is about to run out. To cancel Automatic Top-Up feature, text STOP to 80876, 84459, 85450, 80077 or 67400 at any time.
Add calling credit to your mobile
Once you receive a top-up confirmation text message, dial the access number. After hearing the voice prompt, enter your destination number (including the international dialling code) followed by the # key (e.g. 00 + country code + area code + number + #).
You will also receive an SMS with a PIN. It will enable you to use the service from any other mobile or landline. To make a call simply dial our landline or freephone access number and enter the PIN followed by the # key. Once the PIN is accepted enter your destination number (including the international dialling code) and finish with #.

T&C: Ask bill payer's permission before using the service. SMS costs £1.5 or £3 or £4.5 or £5 or £10 + standard SMS. Virgin media customers cannot top-up via text message. Calls charged per minute & apply from the moment of connection. The connection fee is equal to double rate per minute, with a maximum fee of 30p/call. Calls to 03 numbers will cost the same as other standard fixed line numbers (starting 01 or 02), and are included as part of any inclusive or free minutes allowances.
