1. So, how do we manage to save you so much money?
Incoming calls to your Roaming SIM mobile number will not cost you a penny in more then 80 countries. You pay the local rates when calling locally – we prevent extortionate roaming charges you’re usually forced to pay. You’ll be travelling with a UK +447 mobile phone number so people calling you will not pay international rates;

e.g. Other global SIM card companies provide mobile numbers from countries such as Iceland, Liechtenstein, the Isle of Man and Estonia and calls made to these number will still be expensive.

2. How does it work?
The Roaming SIM service works on a call back mechanism. You dial the number and we call you back with the call dialling. This enables the call to go through our network and save you money.

3. Is my phone locked?
If you are unsure whether your phone is locked try inserting a SIM card from another network into your phone. If it works normally, your phone is unlocked and ready for our Roaming SIM card. If a message such as 'SIM card restricted' appears you will then need to unlock the phone.

4. How to unlock your phone
You can speak to your network operator to obtain the unlocking code or you can unlock most phones at Unique Phones from £3.99.

5. How do I make a call?
It’s easy!
Dial *117* country code and number then #, then press the Send/Call button.
For example: *117*00442084979295# Send/Call there will be a short delay and we will call you back with the line connected.

6. What handsets are compatible with the card?
Our Roaming SIM is compatible with most UK handsets. Please check the following list to see if your model is listed.

7. How can I buy a card?
